Our center treats a range of heart conditions that may be contributing to advanced heart failure:
- Complex congenital heart disease
- Dilated cardiomyopathy
- Hypertrophic or restrictive cardiomyopathy

- Inoperable coronary artery disease
- Inoperable valvular heart disease

Lung nodule program
If your care team finds a lung nodule or lesion on an imaging test, our lung nodule program helps you get the answers you need—sooner. This program offers prompt evaluation and guidance to diagnose the nodule and connect you with the right care.

The Advanced Heart and Lung Disease Center is located on the campus of Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth in the Moncrief Ambulatory Center (Building D).
Turn onto Enderly Place, go past the first garage and continue to the stop sign. Our garage is located on the right. Entrance to the hospital is inside the garage. We are located on the first floor.
