2025 Chef Cookoff - Total Health/Total Food Utilization

Be our guest at this eleventh annual event focusing on the importance of nutrition and healthy eating in an exciting, competitive atmosphere showcasing the talent of Aramark Healthcare+ executive chefs and the impressive venue that is Middleby Innovation Kitchens.

This year's theme is Total Health/Total Food Utilization. Total Health encourages competing chefs to thoughtfully use all parts of their proteins and produce to add nutrition, flavor, and texture to their dishes. Total Food Utilization challenges the chefs to reduce food waste by utilizing as many components of their ingredients as possible.

Meet our celebrity guest judge, Lauren W. Powell, MD, known as Dr. Lauren, The Culinary Doctor. Dr. Lauren is a board-certified family practice physician, speaker, author and professional chef who also shares her expertise in culinary medicine. Join us to learn about her amazing journey and travels as she shares her passion for medicine and nutrition!
